We’re incredibly proud of the fabulous team at Northridge Care Group who hiked up Snowden mountain last month and raised an impressive £1,620! Their dedication and teamwork in this challenge demonstrate their commitment to making a positive difference.
We have three finalists at Northridge Care Group that have been nominated for ‘Stars of Children and Young People Awards’ Paula Normanton, Responsible Individual, has been nominated for: THE OUTSTANDING CONTRIBUTION CHILDREN’S SERVICES AWARD This award will recognise an inspirational and exceptional person who has made a sustained and outstanding contribution to improving the lives of children, young people and families through the delivery of care services. Helen Bingham, Finance Director, has been nominated for: THE AWESOME ADMINISTRATOR AWARD This award recognises an individual who has a reputation for ‘getting it done’, and who’s administrative duties have a real impact on the quality and efficiency of the service. Jonson Miller, Chief Executive Officer, has been nominated for: THE EXCEPTIONAL EMPLOYER AWARD This award recognises a provider that has continuously showcased excellence through delivery of outstanding, child-centred care. A provider that seeks to recruit, retain and train a highly motivated workforce. We would like to wish all three finalists the best of luck!! We are rooting for each of you.
One of our lovely homes organised a bake sale and raised £300 for Comic Relief. All our homes got involved and everyone had a fantastic time enjoying the baked goods while supporting a fantastic cause. Well done to Mill House!
