Russell Wall is our First Winner, please read below his paragraph for why he deserved this win. Russ has been an absolutely huge part in Leveret House’s recent OFSTED inspection results. He has gone from strength to strength. If things need doing, he is the first to get stuck in, or support with encouraging and guiding the team. Russ was mentioned by our OFSTED inspector during the inspection because of how highly both young people had spoken of him and how much they trusted him. He was checking in during our inspection, eager to know how we were getting on and I could hear the joy in his voice at the judgement. He picked up an extra shift over the bank holiday to make sure that our Young Person had a good holiday and did things that he didn’t really want to do to make that happen. Well done and Congratulations Russ!

We as a company have just had our Summer BBQ, whilst raising money for Derian House. We had a lovely afternoon of eating tasty burgers and sausage along with face painting and limbo while listening to music and playing connect four, by the end of the afternoon we managed to raise in total £526 for Derian House. We would like to say a BIG thank to our Young People and our staff and their family and friends who came and supported this charity and a big thank you to everyone who contributed to helping set this up and we hope you all enjoyed yourselves.
